As of September 2026, the system supports 35 languages, with our database continuously expanding.
The system features Auto Language Detection with an accuracy rate of over 90% in clear audio and stable network environments. It identifies the spoken language in real-time based on voice characteristics and context (typically requiring about two sentences of speech to lock in) without any manual selection needed from the user.
Our core AI voice recognition and translation rely on secure cloud services, requiring a stable internet connection. Full offline or local processing is not currently supported. In poor network conditions, the system will automatically attempt to reconnect and minimize latency. We highly recommend configuring a backup network for critical deployment locations.
TransDisplay is highly versatile and suitable for various public and commercial spaces, including government administrative counters, airport information desks, conference centers, shopping mall concierges, retail checkout counters, transit hubs, and premium hotel front desks.
All data transmission utilizes industry-standard encrypted communication protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS) to ensure absolute security for voice and text data. Information is strictly protected and never used for unauthorized purposes.
Yes. The system can instantly translate a single audio source into multiple language subtitles displayed simultaneously. If you require multi-person, multi-language dialogue solutions, we can provide custom architectural planning and assessments for your specific project.
The system utilizes a seamless cloud update mechanism. Feature upgrades and language model updates are processed online without needing hardware replacements, ensuring your terminals always utilize the latest database. In the future, administrators will be able to easily add professional vocabulary and adjust language settings via a backend dashboard.
This capability is on our development roadmap. We plan to offer flexible API integrations for data exchange with existing reception, membership, CRM, or IT systems. Custom integration approaches can be discussed during the project scoping phase.
No. Our cloud-based architecture dynamically allocates resources based on actual usage. Under normal planning, handling multiple multilingual visitors concurrently will not noticeably impact performance. For ultra-high-traffic venues, we conduct pre-deployment capacity assessments to optimize your configurations.
To guarantee absolute client privacy, we do not store any text or voice logs on the cloud. Records are entirely transient and cannot be retrieved after the conversation ends.
All TransDisplay hardware models come with a standard one-year warranty.
Our cloud services are fully compliant with GDPR regulations, and we are currently in the process of applying for ISO 27001 information security certification.
The screen is strictly dedicated to live translation subtitles during active use to avoid distractions. However, you can configure the system to automatically play a designated marketing YouTube video as a screensaver when the device has been idle for a specified number of minutes.
